They are caring for our pets in the midst of the Corona Virus health crisis!!
To anyone looking for the BEST veterinary clinic in the Texas Hill Country- I highly recommend Dr. Donnie Jung and his staff at Highland Lakes Veterinary Clinic in Marble Falls..I have been bringing my dogs and cats to Dr. Jung for 15+ years now and he has been wonderful in his top rate care of my assorted non-pedigree rescue animals!
Truly kind and compassionate,Dr. Jung and his professional staff go " above and beyond" in providing medical care for animals of all shapes and sizes!
I am writing tonight because we are in the midst of this Corona Virus crisis and everyone is concerned with self-isolating yet Dr. Jung and the gang are there, risking THEIR health to care for our pets! We appreciate them more than this review can convey!

Was this animal hospital's staff friendly?
Yes, they went above and beyond
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Not that I have seen

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The clinic is expensive, but I have confidence that my pet is getting outstanding care.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
