When I started finding accidents upon returning home from work, I decided to record their activities. For 2 weeks, 2 different people did the same thing: unlock the door, let one dog out while ignoring the older slower dog, dutifully writing on paper that both dogs were let out, then lock the door. Time spent: as little as 4 min and no more than 8. They are greedy, dishonest and do not provide the service they charge for run. Find someone else!
