Worthy of the time & effort to drive there from Dallas!
Shelly is HIGHLY knowledgeable in the field & is good at "dumbing down" procedures & info so the owner feels fully educated on routes chosen to care for their pets.
Dr. Hagan has been in this field for a LONG time & is good at putting the animal's needs first.
They will suggest services & such but do not force you to do more that you can afford or feel comfy with having done.

BEST VET IN NORTH TEXAS!
I will put it to you this way, I travel over 50 miles to come see Dr. Russ Hagan to treat our animals. We live in McKinney and commute to Arlington just so that he can treat our pets. He is the "dog, cat, horse, small animal and large animal whisperer!" Always making himself available day and night. I could take my animals to any vet near our house, but I choose to drive all the way to Ft. Worth/Arlington to see Dr. Hagan and his amazing staff! Speaking of the staff, Shelly and the girls are sweet and compassionate. Love them all!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
No, they didn't wear any cologne

I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
