I have appreciated the care my dogs have received from the doctor and the staff (especially Alfonso) when I have taken my dogs in. They have gone out of their way to assist me, and they have provided quick but excellent service.

They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was uncomfortable because the equipment they used seemed pretty outdated and old. It got me a little worried that my pet wasn't getting top of the line care. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. My pet seemed pretty anxious to leave compared to other places we've been too. It would have been better if this veterinarian had just tried a little harder to be more compassionate. The secretaries and some of the vet techs are incredibly rude. And that's saying it nicely. Dr. Wentworth is very nosey. Instead of keeping to the subject of my sick pet, he also wants to divulge into peoples personal lives!! He is rude, loud and besides making my pet uncomfortable, he makes me uncomfortable. He talks bad about his clients!!! Very poor work ethics. I just changed veterinarians. He's not very helpful and his bedside manner is a big fat ZERO!!! Avoid yourselves the trouble. Go somewhere you & your pet will feel better not worse & mistreated.
