I am really disappointed on the service my cat received at this facility. My cat has been dealing with a chronic illness for over a year and because the drive from Carrollton to Keller to see his vet became cumbersome, I opted to take him to this facility over the summer. The staff there were nice, but there lack of knowledge or guidance on questions I had was a concern. The Dr. there did perform an exam on my cat (per my request) and knowing about his condition, the result of his exam came back that he was okay. Two weeks later I'm taking him to another vet and his illness has spread/progressed drastically that he has once again become ill. I notified this facility and expressed my concerns. Of course they were apologetic, but no accountability was acknowledged. I advise to all pet owner and animal lovers, please do NOT take your beloved pets to this facility. My cat is my baby and my biggest regret is bring by here. I should have sucked it up and continued to take him to his original vet in Keller, where their service was amazing.

Had a major problem with one of their long term Personnel. She was very rude as always and I have found another vet to go to because of this. The lady vet was very good I was seeing and I am sorry she will no longer get to help him out.

I suppose their facility is adequate, but Dr. VanAntwerp was very distant, condescending, dismissive, and frankly doesn't seem to like animals much. It is very strange that a person would choose to go into this profession and not at least like animals. It must just be a business to her. I understand that all animals might not be a favorite, but at least being friendly is a good business practice. With so many other quality vet practices in the area, I don't think I would ever choose to return to this one.

Absolutely not. I had no idea what my veterinarian said to me.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
