We love the Bandera Clinic! They are competent & caring. They have met us in the middle of the night for emergencies & are otherwise as flexible as we need them to be, caring for both our large & small animals. We have never had a complaint & always feel well cared-for. Prices are reasonable, a bit low, actually. Staff is friendly.

My family of animals has been very satisfied patients since 1992.
One night I cuddled & carried my little dog for 7 hours around the house & outside. At 6 a.m. I called the office the Dr. said to come right in. She was so kind & soon my precious girl was feeling better.

Awful! My preious cat was misdiagnosed with a bladder infection and come to find out it was lukemia signs! I took him back to San angelo with me and he died in my arms, my poor baby! I would have done whatever it took to keep him with me longer!!! She saw him for 10-12 minutes, charged me almost $300 plus the meds!!! Never go back!!! I wish there was a ZERO!!! star, I wouldn't even rate this place as unhappy as I was with them.

Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Somewhat, they could've used more help

No, I had to leave I was so distressed
