we were going out of town so I was searching for a kennel and thought that they were very reputable...I was WRONG 2 days after picking up my dogs, one of my dogs Sadie came down with Parvo...she was up to date on shots or they would not have kenneled her...3 days later after taking her to the emergency clinic in Greenville, Sadie passed away in my arms!!! I would not recommend this kennel to anyone!!!

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Yes, they went above and beyond

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I am always impressed. My pet are treated very well every time we come here. There is always food and water available. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had is addressed. I have been going to this office every since it opened and have always been happy with my pets care.

They worked very fast and effieiently to save my sons dog from death due to poisoning.Im grateful for their help.They stayed in contact with me by phone after I first called them untill I arrived at their office also. I couldnt have ask for better service.

After taking my dog to this vet for the past 4 years I am finding a new vet IMMEDIATELY! I called and made an appt for my dogs yearly check-up and scheduled it for 4:30pm. The day of the appt I received a phone call from the front desk receptionist, Jennifer, that their 4pm appt canceled and that I could come in sooner. My husband told her that I would be there when I could get there. I was on my way EARLY and got stuck in traffic and called to tell them I would be there at MY SCHEDULED appt time but not sooner. She told me on the phone that she needed to go tell the Vet that I was going to be late. I told her once more that I was not going to be late that I would be there at my SCHEDULED appt time. So she told me that since I was going to be late that I would be seen whenever they could get to me. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. After many people came in after me and were seen before me I left without seeing the vet. I called back when I got home to talk with Dr. McKee about how rude I had been treated. He was very unfriendly to me & made no apologies for his staff! I told him that this was NOT the first time I had received attitude from this receptionist. Still he could care less. So I will be changing to a new Vet with professional staff that have people skills!
