No, my pet was dying of thirst the last time I was there

Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

If you care about your pet's welfare, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

This establishment is inhumane in their practices. They'll take any opportunity to terrify a patron into believing their pet will die if they don't authorize a series of crazy expensive procedures, that the pet probably doesn't need.

I wonder how they sleep at night.

This is the most horrible veterinary establishment I have been unfortunate enough to patronize in my entire life.

The receptionists; Heather, and Cathy are best described as bitter and insane. In my experience; they were horrifyingly rude & incompetent. They resorted to berating personal insults when I pointed out their mistake. When I hung up on them, THEY CALLED ME RIGHT BACK SO THEY COULD INSULT ME SOME MORE! I asked to speak with the Dr. about the issue, and while I was assured one of them would call me back within 2 hours, I'm still waiting for that call.

Don't worry; I won't hold my breath.

The Doctor's practices are questionable at best. In my case, they had my cat on three courses of antibiotics, in a row, which I'm told is dangerous. I also suspect them of preying on my emotions to stack my bills (& torture my pet) with erroneous, unnecessary procedures.

I am embarrassed to have paid so much money to an establishment that played me like a mark, and whose employees abused me right to my face. These people are clearly ungrateful for their jobs and have absolutely no respect for their paying customers. Moreover, this establishment is INHUMANE because they care more about covering up their own mistakes then the welfare of the animals they claim to serve.

Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, they always demonstrate care and compassion

They gave me some advice but I didn't find it helpful

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
