The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, but I've developed a relationship with another veterinary hospital for the weekends that also has an emergency service and they are more than adequate.. Dr. McGrath has exceptionally wonderful, diagnostic hands and is accurate beyond expectation. He has a calming manner with pets and pet parents. He is empathetic and particularly patient when he has to euthanize an animal. His wife and tech are friendly helpers who also love animals in general and their patients specifically. They become friends to the pet family.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
