What kind of reviews are these? This provider is pretty good by reputation, but you certainly get the impression that he's in a hurry and kind of an odd man. I still think he provides good care for the animals, but the office is shabby, hardly any amenities, etc. Inexpensive for veterinary care. Most of the reviews I've read don't even make any sense or totally don't apply to this place.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
