Dr. Spiegel was very helpful in helping me with my problems related to a high strung Doberman. Life has greatly improved thanks to him. I highly recommend him .

I had high hopes when I asked Dr. Spiegel to help me. Boy was I disappointed. And I m out $300. For the price, you get one home visit and one phone call. He came, stayed about an hour and wrote out suggestions to help my cat. I tried them for two weeks but nothing happened. On our free phone call, he became defensive when i asked about non-medication alternative treatments. He grudgingly gave a few other behavioral actions I could try when I was clearly not happy about putting my cat on an anti-anxiety med with not so great side effects. Our next call -- if I were going to call -- will be billed at $2 a minute, after the first 5 minutes. I ve wasted enough money.

They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
