I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I highly recommend the services of Drs Santos and Ackerman for cats. They are caring and compassionate. I lost my two 20 year old cats this year after months of excellent care by these veterinarians. They never pushed to administer services that were not in the best interest of my pet and when they end came, I could not have been in better hands.

They dress professionally at this office. The entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Everyone in the office is very considerate and concerned. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The examining rooms at East Suburban Animal Hospital are very clean and there were no smells at all. Everything seemed really sterile.
