My cat had a seizure in the waiting room, and I screamed for help. The receptionist didn't get up from her chair or even ask if she could get the vet! Then, when a nurse finally came and put us in a room, the doctor didn't come until after our appointment time, which was another 20 minutes. Between that and the vet's terrible attitude exhibited across more than a decade, I would not advise taking your pets to Lockwillow unless your only requirement for a vet is knowledge. If you'd like your vet to also display some motivation in time of crisis, tact and respect for you, choose another vet.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
