Yes

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not that I have seen

I would recommend Doctor Brian to anyone. He was informative and sadly we had to put down our cat for her best interest. Dr. Brian was more than professional and handled a delicate situation with grace. Although the outcome was not favorable it was the right one and I commend the way he helped us through the process. He is very knowledgeable and after moving around and going to several vets, he was more than thorough. He could have charged us for a sugery that in the end was unneccessary but rather did further test and research that most other vets have never done or recommended. His staff is very well trained as well. I would recommend him to anyone whether it is an emergency or routine check ups.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
