I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. The examining rooms at their office were absolutely disgusting. They smelled so bad that it scared my pet. They took my money and didn't give advice or test results or treatment, I had to find another Vet, pay again and finally got treatment, but my pet had to suffer for days.. and I don't think they would welcome any advice from anyone else even if they can't help me. For the most part the handicap accommodations worked ok. I was able to manage but it could have been easier if they had given handicap needs more thought.

They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

No way!! I would never trust him/her alone with my pet!

Never, and if I ask they seem annoyed to have to get it

No, they criticized what I have been doing and gave me no additional information on how I could improve

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. The lobby is dirty, the receptionists are rude. It's an overall cold reception for pet owners. It appears that they are comfortable with having terrible service because they know there is a high demand for their services. The Dr. was cold and used technical jargon...but when asked specific questions was unable to display any knowledge that would help me take care of my very sick pet. The Dr was mainly concerned with recommending her friend that works at a neighboring vet hospital...trying to drum up business. In addition, they gave me a prescription food for my pet that was very expensive AND EXPIRED. I am transferring all of my pets to a different vet.
