My personal feelings are, I could not find a better Vet, to take care of my little buddy dog. After all the years of him taking care of her, I feel not it is almost time he will have to put her down. I just can not force myself to have it done.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their pricing seemed to me to be a little overpriced. I just don't see how some of these simple procedures could cost so much. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

No! My dog had to go to the bathroom really bad too
