I just called this hospital when it was closed. They have an on call Dr. who will take your call when you have an emergency. I spoke with Dr. Baum and described what was happening with my sweet dog. We are traveling and from out of state. He assured me that my girl would more than likely be ok. (Gastroenteritis.. got into cooked bones.) But just in case while I was in town, he gave me his cell number...!!! Service above and beyond ..!!! I am so glad I gave them a call..!! So nice to know this vet offers this wonderful service. !! I cannot thank Dr. Baum enough for putting my mind at ease. And he is just a phone call away if I should require his services.!!! BTW.. the nearest 24 hour emergency room is 2.5 hours away.... I am so appreciative for their concern and care.
