I have taken my parakeet and cockatiel to Dr. Best. She and her staff are wonderful, very knowledgeable, empathetic, and attentive. I have a young daughter who is very inquisitive and they always welcome her curiosity.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.

No, it wasn't too loud

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
