I'm from out of town and they got me in immediately. However, after 3 days of my dog being on the medicine she prescribed she became very sick, even though I told her another medicine my dog often took. I went back and was told it wasn't the medicine causing the side effect, then had to pay for costly exams, which came out to almost 3 times my original visit. My dog is still sick after almost 4 days, and now I don't know what to do, because I feel like taking her back to this vet is useless.

I have called on several occassions to get information before taking my dog there and I can never get a straight answer. I always feel like they would rather I find somewhere else to go before I even have a chance to get information on the services I am needing. My most recent call to them was to get information on boarding my dogs while out of town. I ask about rates and kennel sizes. She gave pricing but didnt know about kennels at all. Before I could get more info she informed me that they woudlnt have anything available for a while, never bothered to even find out when I was needed to board. If they dont want business I certainly do not want to give it to them. This is the third time I have called in the past few months and I have been made to feel like they have no desire to anser questions or offer any assistance.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
