I think they both know what they are doing, they are very knowledgeable and take their time. However, due to this there is always an extended wait in the waiting room waiting for the appointment. They are never on time. My dogs freak out with other dogs so we end up keeping them in the car until we get called back. They always take it in stride when my dogs freak out and end up crapping on the exam table. I probably freak out more than they do about the accidents. They suggested a sedative and we went that route once but I did not like my pet's reactions. Over all I think they have a good practice.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
