Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

I got an appointment the same day i called and when i got there they were waiting for me. The vet was really gentle with my dog and they didn't charge me nearly as much as the vet that i used to go to.

Bailey Animal Hospital has always been available and willing to see my pets. They have worked with my schedule an d have seen them in emergency cases after hours. They, have interrupted their own personal schedules for the welfare of my pets. They have shown both professional and loving care for each and everyone of my pets for over 20 years. They have made follow-up calls to check on the welfare of a pet that has been in their care. They send reminder cards when shots are due. They have always been kind and very sympathic to our needs. I feel like they have gone over and beyond what is necessary for the welfare of my animals. I will continue to use their services as long as I have pets and will reccomend them to others.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?

My cat was neutured on a Tuesday and Im almost certain that they are the reason for my cats death, a week later. Nearly nine days after his surgery he started acting a little sick. By Sunday I had to take him to the emergency room. My cat suffered from abdomen pain because he could not pee, he could barely move, and whenever I picked him up he screamed from the pain he was in. The Doctors at CARE gave him two medications for the pain and put a catheder in him to drain his bladder. They told me to take him to my home vet the next day and I did, she put him on 3 more medications but sadly, nothing helped and he died the next day. They may or may not be the reason why my cat died, but I just think its too big of a coencidence. My cat was only a year old and was very healthy.
DO NOT RISK GOING THERE!!
