I drive all the way from Cleveland Ohio to take my dogs to Dr. Baiduc. He has the feel of an old country doctor who practices just for the love of animals. I highly recommend him!!!!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made sure every single question I had was answered,. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and i would recommend Dr. Baiduc to anyone.

No, there is no way to reach this vet if it is after business hours

They were friendly and made me feel at home. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
