If the option of zero would be there the Parma location wouldn't even qualify for that. They should be able to list themselves as an emergency hospital. They don't tell you that your seriously pet is left unattended after they close. You have option to leave there, take home, or do an emergency transport yourself to an actual emergency hospital. I would have lost my pet under their care. They charged me $1200 just to be told that they will be discontinuing all medicines and due to them closing within the hour you need to transport to somewhere else. I took my seriously ill pet at 10 pm to an actual hospital and if they had not done emergency surgery he would have died. These people are all money and don't deserve to be listed as any type of hospital, so if you value your pets life DO NOT take them to these facilities.
