I had to have my companion of 12 years put down last August and called at the last minute to get him in on a Saturday to be seen. Not only did this establishment accommodate my immediate needs, they went above and beyond to address the issues my dear Sam was having. Unfortunately, he was unable to recover from his issues, but the staff were supportive and empathetic with the situation. We recently acquired a new puppy and have taken him to Mt. Orab Veterinary Clinic for assessment and vaccinations and could not be more pleased with the attention and care we have all received. This is not just a in/out operation; the staff within are true animal aficionados and advocates!

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
