They have been giving our dog great care and really make sure I understand what they're thinking and the options for treating.

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

The reason I take my dogs to this vet is because they are convient and Dr. Cole is caring and a all around great vet! He is very through and takes the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Unfortunatly, the vet techs and front office staff need to learn better people skills. I feel that every time I go there they forget that I am a person and most importantly, A PAYING CUSTOMER, and they look at me like I am dumb when I ask questions. I expressed concern about a procedure and the vet tech showed no compassion at all and never once put a smile on her face the entire time we were talking. Will most likely be going else where due lack of friendliness from the staff.

Dr. Cole is very friendly and thorough and genuinely cares about the animals. Unfortunately, one of his vet techs is just incredibly lacking in people skills. While she cares about the animals, she has to keep in mind that her customers are people, and we love our pets and want what is best for them as much as she does. I ultimately switched vets because of her.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The entire staff was amazing. Very caring and was very sensitive to me and my dog. She came up with solutions to everyday problems. They truly cared about my dog. It nearly had me in tears when i saw the final bill. I had spent 4 times that amount for poor service at other vets. I can truly say that i will never take my dog to any other place again. They are very special and loving people.

I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I thought their pricing was very fair. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
