I drove all the way from Vermont to see my friend who was a Veterinarian at this office, only to find out that she left without telling me. Thanks Brooke! Anyway, the owner was there, a Dr. David Goldwasser, so I had no choice but to use him. What a mistake! He had no compassion toward my pet at all, and tried to persuade me into running all these expensive tests on my pet that I had already paid to have done just a week ago. (I was coming to my Vet friend for a second opinion and brought all the blood work for review.) He insisted on re-doing all the tests which made no sense to me. When I asked for an estimate his eyes light up, and he ran to the receptionist desk to add it all up. It was well over what I paid for the tests originally. Then he tried to get me to leave my pet overnight. Meanwhile, it was the weekend and there would be no one there in case of emergency. I said no way! Also, the office was dirty, and the receptionist seemed miserable like they didn't want to be there. When I walked in they never greeted me, and I had to wait at least fifteen minutes before someone even asked to help me. This guy has no concern for helping animals just sees them as dollar signs! Stay clear of this office!

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
