It’s so sad to know about Dr. Mark Yanus’s early retirement. This clinic was the best under him. It took me awhile to find the best clinic in the area, and now it looks like I have to search again. Dr. Yanus and his staff has always been so knowledgeable, capable and companionate. Now with the new veterinarians things have changed. The best clinic has turned into the absolute chaotic one. They do not keep their appointments, they are unable to organize themselves, they show partiality and overall unprofessional attitude. I am very disssapointed and I want them to know it. The old staff, the technicians are still great, thank you all so much for all your help, but I don’t think I can trust my dog to the new vets and i
am very unlikely to continue, because of their attitude. My impression is that they care for money more than they care for the animals.

Dr Yanus and his staff have been compassionate caregivers for three dogs and three cats that have been/are companions, spanning two decades. Clear explanations of treatment options and prices, without commonly found pressure that the most expensive choice is necessarily the best choice. Kindness and consideration of their patients extends to the humans that love those patients. I have never been disappointed in their treatment of animals, or interactions with me. I trust them.

I brought my dog here to get her fixed 6 years ago and have been coming here ever since. Dr. Yanus and his staff are all fantastic and friendly. You definitely won't be taken for a ride, and my dog loves seeing him. She gets highly nervous at glens falls vet but is completely at ease here. I'm so glad I found this place and have already recommended it to other people who are looking for a high quality place to go.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave
