Their concern for your animal is their main concern. I have never visited a clinic that really puts the animal first. I thank them for being there for my Goliath and now for my Bella.

Hannah a tSaranac Veterinary Clinic is the best in all this area, she truly cares about the animals and I have never had a problem getting in for an emergency, I would only take my animals to her , she is reasonably priced, and you do not feel like you are on a conveyer belts, with them just caring about the money. I went thru that with local place in Plattsburgh. Terrible, Had to put dog down and they were laughing and going about their day, oblivious to the fast that our hearts were broken. oh, and they wanted the cash before they put him to sleep. Total rip offs, showed me 2 price lists, checked heart, swollen, speen, bleeding , yet they continued to do every unneccesary test to get my bill to almost $1,000. They saw we would do anything to save this dog. After the first 130 ultrasound they knew there was no hope. englared heart and bleeding......yet $800 more test, I should

I have been using this vet for years. She has helped my animals reach ripe old ages. I now have to travel an hour to see her and I would never switch. She loves animals and her diagnoses are magical. She understands and is empathetic to both the animals and their caretakers. Affordable and caring. I totally trust her and know she is always doing her best for her patients and clients.

If you are looking for a veterinarian that offers after-hour emergency services then don't come here! It's hard enough getting them to see me during regular business hours and it is really unsettling to me that I can't count on them when I may need them more than ever. J The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The receptionist doesn't even look at you when she speaks and I found her to be completely rude. She needs to be trained on how to talk to people. What if I had been hearing impared????

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

The staff were always happy to help me. Hannah was willing to treat my dogs as individuals despite their age - even doing surgery on my 14 and 15 year old dogs. They're not slick and won't try to guilt you into buying stuff you don't need. Hannah is incredibly competent and caring. The first time we saw her, she got right down on the floor with my dog, so he wouldn't be as freaked out. It's a 90 minute round trip to see her, but we won't go anywhere else.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me close to my scheduled time. I love the rustic, farm-like atmosphere! Some people may assume that b/c they don't appear to have tons of money, that they are not as good as other vets. NOT true!! They are better. It is obvious that Dr. McCormick is a true animal lover. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept
