I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment.
