They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr Debbie and Dr Blonder are excellent vets. When my yorkie was misdiagnosed , Dr Blonder took about 10 seconds to look at the sonogram cd and tell me he was 99% sure Oliver had a liver shunt, after I paid the other vet approx $1,000. These vets are caring people who I believe truly love animals. I drive 20 miles each way to bring my animals. " I also was sick myself and the dr's and the kind caring staff always made sure and still askhow I am feeling and how I am doing..I can't say enough about all the staff and the dr.s.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. One thing about this vet is that the chairs in the waiting room were not the most comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long in those chairs.
