Today, we called Dr Shing's Office the vet, on the corner of Madison st and 281. it seemed as thought his receptionist was trying to make decisions for our Dog not to be seen by Doctor Shing, I explained over and over that I would like to make an appointment and also speak with Doctor Shing, and they were insisting that he would not see or talk to us, they acted like they did not care about there customer at all and most of all did not care about the well being and health of our Dog who needs to be seen with differenet issues. Then they said out of the blue oh he is not here today, he will be back on Monday, so they are playing head games with us and our dog, and they did not seem to care at all, and they were being very unprofessional

Dr, Shing usually looks after all my animals, but I have no problem if I have to see Dr. Martin. They are both excellent vets. I highly recmend them. I have a Boston Terrier that had a cleft pallet and Dr. Shing fixed him. I believe this was the first time he had done this type of surgery and now my little guy is as good as new!!!!!!!!!!! Love them!!!!!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
