I would never take my girls anywhere else. I feel like Dr. Ross is a family member. I never feel rushed when talking with him, he takes the time to explain everything I ask. Love this place!!

This is without a doubt the best clinic to take your pet to recently lost my Yorkie Taffy took her there to have her cremated the staff was so kind and understanding Doc Ross showed us her x-rays and explained why she passed away.Doctor Ross and staff is truly in it for the love of animals will still continue to take my other dog there and any other future dogs.Thanks guys it was a tough time for us.Paul And Dianne Markiewicz

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Dr. DiMayo, Monica, Michelle, and his entire staff are amazing! With 3 dogs, 2 of whom are seniors with health problems, we've spent a lot of time there in the last year. When an emergency comes up, he always squeezes us in and takes his time to answer all my questions. And when Chica was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor on the inside of her toe, instead of doing it himself and amputating the toe, he referred us to someone he though could remove it without amputation. He truly cares about my babies and as long as he's here, he'll be the only one to treat them. Highly recommend Clarence Animal Hospital.
