Learned the hard way this practice will profit from your life and death emergency. I brought a dog in for bloat--she would surely die if not immediately taken into surgery--I was presented with a $7,000+ bill or put my dog to sleep or watch her die in my car. This is WAY more than Norwalk (my other option). Do your research when considering which emergency clinic you will use--call ahead and ask for prices on emergencies that require immediate medical intervention like Bloat, poisioning, snake bites, etc.

Have had several good experiences here. Some visits seemed to be focussed on the "$". But all in all they are where you want to be if your pet is not well.

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Anjum

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
