They gave my dog a wrong diagnose, he passed away within one hour. The condition confirmed from vetenerian was "good"...They didnt helped my dog directely because I had to get enough money first, they were just 25 dollars missing.....THEY ARE MONEY BLINDED and they dont have the RIGHT to call THEMSELFES VETENERIANS.Their pricing was outrageously high. I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay. I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They did not fully explain my pet's condition to me. I left frustrated and confused. I was really surprised by how gross the kennels and holding areas were, I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my pet here.

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
