Requires heartworm testing every 3 months. Dog was tested in September and they say it’s a new year so new test needed in February.
Prices are higher than sky high!!!
Requires 2-3 “annual” exams per year - they always have a reason to tack on another $100 per pet per visit. I cannot afford it and it truly is unethical to extract blood from my dogs multiple times a year.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

No, I had to take my pets somewhere else

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question
