Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I thought the prices were fair. Their staff was friendly enough. Dr. Wheeler has been a tremendous help to me in caring for my elderly pet dog and was very caring and supportive.

There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
