I brought my Persian cat in for a grooming. He waited hours in his carrier to be groomed and when I picked him up they had cut the hair on the outside of his face and he looked like a monkey. They never told me that until I got home and saw it myself. Vet offered some crazy explanation.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

All they care about is $Money. Had my pug there twice in three days. She died the very next <url removed>. Riche is much better and not as money motivated.

Not anywhere even close! I had to drive down the street to find a place

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
