They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

We brought our pet to Park Ridge for a second opinion and feel that we will transfer his care to them. I felt that they really valued my cat's health and happiness because they were so thorough and explained the reasons for their assessment. The vet tech spent a great deal of time with us as well, going over cat care and preventatives. The examination by the vet was far more thorough than my regular vet's exam 10 days earlier.

My appointment started on time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have not seen the new building they are moving to this weekend but I've been to the bakery next store and I believe the vet office is handicap-accessible. Call first.

We left the appointment feeling confident in this vet's assessment and treatment plan for our cat.

This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
