It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.
