No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Most of the staff have worked there over 10 years! All the doctors are GREAT and VERY knowledgeable. By far this is the BEST place I've taken my pets! Love this place...can't wait to visit again!
