Where are the 10 stars? I would rate this place 10! Admittedly I don t have kids, so my dogs are my babies. I cannot begin to put into words the caring nature at Mercy Animal Hosp. Their name emanates their character. The doctors care, don t push services and products at you, and the medical knowledge is unbelievable. I feel like every question I ask is answered in terms I can understand. I lost my shepherd almost a year ago, and the care that was given to him and to my family at his loss, was priceless. I m pretty sure there was a tear or two from Dr. Kaas as well - compassion defined

Where do I begin? If there is a kinder, more ethical vet out there, I would be surprised! I TRUST no one with my dogs but Dr Kaas! He is amazing. He listens, takes his time, consults with other professionals, is unbelievably knowledgeable, and is one of the most compassionate men I have ever dealt with. When I lost my sweet Shepherd last year, Dr Kaas talked me through everything and helped me with one of the most awful times of pet ownership. I m pretty sure he shed some tears, too, when his friend was gone. You WILL NOT find a better vet in the southern NH area!

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
