Dr. Anderson may or may not be a good vet, but you will never know cause you would have to get passes, rude, inconsiderate receptionist, Brenda in order to know. I have left Dr. Anderson emergency messages before only to have him not return my calls. My guess is that he never got the messages or maybe he really just doesn’t care but losing animals because he doesn’t care or because he doesn’t get the message is unacceptable to me. My recommendation is that you pay the extra dollar and take your animal to a vet that can and will return your call and we’ll see your animal in a timely fashion

I have been a customer for quite a while. Always paid on time fully. guess that they no longer care about the people who have to work during this whole pandemic. I called for an appt for one of my dogs. since I work full time I always went on Saturday. I was told there are no more Saturday appt.maybe I should look at other veterinary offices if I need Saturdays. Very rude.

gone so downhill starts at the door staff is rude well the blonde and it goes from there. no compassion for the animals worried about money and 9 to 5 so miss the wally days

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
