We have been going to Agassiz Animal Hospital for over 7 years, we have 2 dogs and 2 cats, all of our pets have been seen by the staff at Agassiz's for annual check-ups, shots and other routine animal care things. You can also board your dogs and/or cats at their facility, we have been boarding our dogs here for many years, they are well taken care of by the staff here. We are firm believers that you can not find a better veterinary clinic in this area.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me.

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
