Yesterday, which was day 4 of continuous torrential rains in our area, I had a time sensitive appointment to have my Vizlsa puppies' tails docked, which could not have been put off to another day.

When I arrived my Vet, Dr. Sandy Black was there waiting for us. I thought nothing of it, until I learned from someone else in the waiting room that 2 bridges had been damaged and closed due to flooding on Connelly's Creek. Dr. Black had walked 1.5 miles, in the pouring rain, in the dark, at 6:30AM to be able to make it in to work to care for her clients and patients. I appreciate the depth of her dedication and commitment to us. Their beautiful new facility is now operational, making the experience even more pleasant.

I took my cat in to get a physical, they had he had fleas. And were very rude about it, like i wasn't doing anything to try to take care of them. The vet said just comb him and vacuum everyday, so i did. I return two week later to get him neutered and when i picked him up they said that he still had fleas and took the initiative to treat him for them. And again, were rude, like i am an irresponsible pet owner, though i only did what the vet told me to do: comb and vacuum. Though they were rude, what really upsets me is that they treated my cat without my consent. Though it wasn't that much more expensive, what if I couldn't cover it? But mostly, don't treat my cat for ANYTHING else, unless you ask me and i give you permission. Very unprofessional. I left the vet very angry and upset and I will probably never return.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
