Truly exceptional care given by Dr Anna and Dr Lauren. The staff is kind and considerate and my dog loves going there. The service and care provided always exceeds my expectational and I am grateful to have them to care for my 4-legged baby.

Had to put our sick kitty to sleep. Did not let the pet cremation company WE choose pick him up, but tried to bully us into using their over priced "exclusive" pet cremation service. We had to take him home to be picked up by the company WE choose! They did not even put our kitty in a box with a lid, they just put him back in the carrier! WHO DOES THAT???!!! No empathy or professionalism in handling this whole ordeal. Who needs that kind of stress on top of having to put your animal down?!
We would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Dr. Courtney was so kind and respectful when I brought my 14 1/2 year old toy fox terrier in for panicking and heavy panting issues she was having. She offered suggestions and we jointly decided on a sr. dog workup with x-rays, ekg, complete physical and bloodwork. They were ready within an hour, except the ekg which is farmed out to readl She took care sharing the results with me, and called me within 24 hours with the ekg results. They gave me an estimate of the cost before with a high/low, and there were no surprises with the bill. I like that she respects my wishes as I choose not to use surgery to clean my dog's teeth. She diagnosed my dog with back pain based on the xray and prescribed an anti-inflamatory. My dog seems to be feeling better and I feel I made an excellent choice regarding my dog's health.

This is the only place I would consider taking my dogs as long as they are here. Most vets and their staff are friendly. These people go above and beyond that. They remember the smallest details and know the personality of my animals in a way that lets me know they REALLY care about them. They are absolutely the best and the many people who I have recommended them to have all thanked me for my recommendation. No small detail escapes them in their care of my beloved animals.
The compassion is amazing in every person there so it must be a standard that has been set and maintained
