I WOULD GIVE THEM 5 STARS, BUT THEIR HOURS ARE LIMITED. OTHER THAN THAT WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRACTICE.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

This vet killed my cat by not diagnosing her cancer, by billing me for blood work not completed that would have diagnosed the cancer, by not physically examining her and for billing for work and continuinng to bill for services not rendered.
He is taking advantange of residents on Oak Island, NC and the tourists that visit there in the summer.

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
