They do not call back and deserve to go out of business. Probably will not but they have lost my business.

Incompetent- and my dog paid with his life after suffering for hours.

They looked at the wrong dog's bloodwork, then sent 1/2 of the right bloodwork to the emergency vets. They took the time to put a smiley face sticky note on the copy of the bloodwork.

They said "Sorry, we made a mistake, here is a refund. Goodbye".

I'm telling everyone, Everyone. If I save a dog's life, Its worth it.

I recently had to have my precious baby put to sleep. Dr. Childress, Brittany Joyner and the entire staff, showed nothing but professionalism, respect and love not only to me but most in portent to me, to "My Little Cody Man." This staff is awesome, the go above and beyond what anyone would or could expect. I thank them so very much from the bottom of my heart.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
