Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

The staff paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are very professional and caring. The waiting room and exam rooms was clean and well-kept. The office was very easy to locate; I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone
