Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Yes, they were immaculate.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
