I just had my dog Ringo neutered and all went well. He had been seen once before by Tar River and was on medicine. I brought the med's in so they could give them to him in the morning the next day (two different doses same med's because of his size) and when I picked him up on Friday they accidentally gave me only one of the doses back. I didn't notice right away but when I did I couldn't get ahold of anyone that night. I left a message and called back the next morning. They immediately replaced the doses that were missing even though they couldn't find them anywhere on Saturday and on Monday the doctor called saying they had found the missing doses and asked how Ringo was doing. They were very caring and even though the office is not top notch looking I would say their practice IS!

They did not have tools/items in the room for easy access. Every time they needed something, they left the room to go find it. After my pet had an allergic reaction, I could not reach them. They were closed and did not have an emergency number to call for the vet there. The answering machine advises you to see a different vet in an emergency, which is not even near. It would have been nice to ask the vet questions over the phone at least during the emergency. When the vet office opened the next day and I called them, they did not even want to bring her in to look at her. They just said for me to keep an eye on her.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

No, they didn't wear any cologne
